I Can I Will is co-joined and supported by Alzheimer’s Disease International. Folks living with dementia from more than 20 countries have already joined us and posted on the site.
Hundreds of folks living with dementia from around the world come to the site weekly to check out what their peers have to say about how they are standing up and speaking out to their governments, friends, and families.
There are also postings from caregivers to caregivers, from country Alzheimer’s Associations to other National Alzheimer’s Associations.
Share with us how you have stood up to one of your symptoms and enabled yourself to continue doing what you did pre-diagnosis. Perhaps you no longer do it by yourself, but with the enabling support of someone.
We need to share our own “best practices with each other.” We need to develop an informed social support network of like minded folks from around the world. This is the place at which to do it!
